This assessment helps you see how your place is doing across the four quarters of the Change Framework — and where the next connection could make the biggest difference.

You'll answer a short set of statements about the four quarters — Church, Commercial, Civic and Community — plus the resources your place can draw on and its readiness for change. For each one, say how strongly you agree, from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). Go with your best sense of where things are now.
